hi everyone! ive played soccer all of my life! then I tore my ACL. 9 months later I tore my Meniscus and then about a year after that I tore my meniscus again! all in the same knee! im having trouble getting back into shape! I used to be 5'1 120lbs and all muscle, now im 5'1 170lbs and FAT! I cant seem to get my old body back and my knee hurts when I try! any suggestions????

Well.... U got a few options. Go for laparoscpic knee repair.surgery. Cuz ligaments r avascular n never heal...
In d meantime go for low impact trainin that wont put load on ur knees .. Like swimmin n upperbody workouts to lose weight...
