I enjoy astral travel. I miss visiting certain people but it is for the best for all involved.
I have to agree with CrystalFairy. Astral travel, for me, is personal.

Done it when I was younger. Took Acid or E's and put some decent trance music on ( none of that commercial crap! ) and I was gone! Nearly set fire to the kitchen once too? Lucky escape there that my smoke alarm went off

Oh that would be a long storie. But I have crost over and back to the outher side and back each time I bring back something difrent. But some times I see what going to hapen and when it does its like a pitcher when it happens

Yeah if I even knew what it was. Some things are just too difficult to describe.

So by astral travel does it meant you have feel like separating from your body. Because honestly, i have these instances where i felt like im a third person between myself and the environment. Dizzy? No i dont think so.
