I've done this all week...I wish I could just sleep all night...just one night..would be great...
I took a nap yesterday in the A.m after beeing up almost 24 hrs..then fell asleep till 8;30 pm last night..Now only had slept for about 2-3 hrs .. That doesn't help for good sleeping... Maybe some tylenol would work...lol...joke....lamo gona go to bed and see what happens... I may be back...sooner than later... bye

zanne you would be suprised how well tylenol works, sometimes little aches and pains keep us awake, i always take tylenol when i can't sleep, and it helps. either that or an over the counter help you sleep medicine helps get me back into a cycle, but i have chronic insomnia anyway LOL so i sleep when i can and just go with it

I think we need someone to knock us on the head..maybe we would sleep... wait til I move to moms and she feeds me like a baby...u will be so jealous..cause i will be sleeping..lol coffee Bay??? us woman r all insomniacs...
I am a migrainer..so tylenol is a joke for me.. benadryl...just relaxes me..then I stay awake.. Presc sleep pills ...I sleep a few hrs and bam..up....wide awake... it's crazy... and I don't like warm milk... besides stress... menopause messes u up big time in the sleeping... I never had a sleep problem.. |
