I would suggest you go to a orthopedic doctor... MRI may be needed in order to find out what the problem is... Just recently went due to knee pain that has only gotten worse.. Found out I have large oblique tear through the entire medial meniscus. My knee constantly hurts and has only gotten worse... Therefore surgery is the only solution...

Believe me go have it checked out before it gets worse. It may not be at the level that mine is so far or the same thing... But I assure you when it gets bad it effects everything you do...

I had a pretty intense motocross wreck about a year and a half ago. was pretty early in the season and it put me out. Wasn't until after the season and alot x rays and mri's. Turned out it was mostly bad foot wear and othopedics agitating old injuries.

I had it all summer because I was wearing shoes with no arch support . Went back to my running shoes and it went away.

Try the pills from walmart for cartilage regeneration. osteo bi-flex . they help[ed a lot too.
