If you know the member's name, how can you search that name?

Well it doesn't work for me.... it just brings me to this page with a one-liner about the person, that's it. Dunno what to do, i'm brand new here.

Did you start out on the community forum page? Go up to the http: line and put your cursor at the end of the line, backspace and remove the words "forum list" then behind the /type in the person's screen name, it has to be spelled correctly, no extra marks, then hit enter and it should take you to their profile.
