but seriously is their any peeps out there contemplating quiting a job to backpack travel or may have done so in the past if so lets chat maybe.

If I had a nice lump of money I probably would.
Go to Scotland to see men in kilts, long-socks and sporrans, lol. Go back to places I love: Glastonbury (to see what they done to my poor Holy Thorn), Australia, esp Uluru, climb Mt Bromo (Java, Indonesia). Possible chill on Bali for a couple of days, always liked Bali. Drink coconut milk :p
I'd also like to see Manhattan NY, travel through the States, and I'd really like to go to Japan :) Oh, and Canada! Venice ...

And then I woke up ... back to mowing the lawn

Probably escaped from the London Dungeon. Or tha Tower.

Lol, suddenly remember being in London with my kid. Now the main reason I wanted to go to London, was to see the Tower and Tower Bridge, so that was the highlight of the trip.
There's us, standing on I believe London bridge, we were basically looking straight at Tower bridge, but for some reason or other I hadn't noticed at all.
My kid said "Look mum, I like those towers!" referring to Tower bridge.
And me "Wot towers???"
One of these rare moments in life where I felt quite dim

Quitting a job to backpack? Absurd to me but people do it all the time
