Well, I don't know how old you are, but I see no reason why you can't or shouldn't be able to. If you go on a firstdate expecting it to fail, you're going in w/ a negative attitude and you're destined for failure and a last date. I am not young however I am not old! So all you young wemon can understand. Us not in the twentys are better at everything. I agree with Gypsy we age like fine wine. If you are looking to get laid hell post it on your profile. If you have not been beaten with the ugly stick you probably will get laid. As far as us older wemon we do that better too we are just pickier about who we do that with. As far as first dates I have had two more first dates since then and untill I meet the right man (not any man) I will have alot more first dates.
