Doesn't everyone looked to be entertained by something. Like I look to be entertained by wasting the time of scammers. So I'll play the match game on here sometimes clicking on picture of girls who I find attractive and not reading the profile because it doesn't lead to scammers as much since some of them copy and paste crap from other profiles and they can make more sense then the emails they actually send you. Besides it's kind of more fun just to go through and look at the pictures and be a judgemental prick then it is to actually try to figure out what the person is really like based on their profiles. Perhaps if I was serious about trying to find a date on here then I would do more to actually meet people. But it has also been my experience that most of the people I meet on the internet are usually to far away to actually meet in person and usually aren't even in the same time zone let alone the same state as I live in. So I largely look at this as being pointless unless I find myself in the position of having money to travel with.


I would like to say I do think it is kind of odd that you assume that just because so many people put they want someone funny, fun or entertaining that it means they are lacking that in their lives. That's kind of like saying that if I put on my profile that I want someone who is sweet and kind that I must have a lot of jerks in my life and few people actually worth knowing.

Once you find something you enjoy why shouldn't you want more of it?

not only do people seek whats missing

they also seek MORE of what they enjoy

so,, it can go either way

someone seeking fun , may be missing it from their life OR they may just have an awareness that the fun they have is something they want to hold on to and have more of,,,,
