I wonder when is the right time and feeling to say the three letter word I LOVE U funny enough cos after said it cannot be taken back The words "I Love You" can be said by anyone and at anytime to anyone. The correct time to say "I AM IN LOVE WITH YOU" should be spoken only when you are committed heart and soul to that special someone and cannot see your life as fully complete without them.

" I love you" is use so often in vain. You can say I love you and mean anything like as a friend or like when some one makes you laugh when you guard is down or even worse just because they said it. But when you know, really know down to your core that she or he is the one and you know that you are "In Love" Then there is no answer to when but when your ready go for it...they have the right to know and you deserve to know if they feel the same so you don't waist your time with some one that really isn't the one.

You only say it when you truly feel that this is the person that you can not live with out in your life. When you are IN love with someone, you will know because you won't be able to be away from them for very long without missing them. If you can look into their eyes and KNOW that this is the person that you want to spend the rest of your life with, then you need to say those 3 BIG words to them. Saying those words should never be taken lightly, it can change your whole life. IF you say it..you better mean it! GOOD LUCK

I think the timing and moment of saying "I love you" is pretty daunting. Of course you should only say it if you really feel that way. But still ... some ppl can get a good scare if the other party says "I love you"!
