The best food for you hasn't been processed. I do see your daily intake is relatively healthy but I would try to switch out some processed foods for whole foods. Whole foods take longer to breakdown and digest in your body so you feel fuller longer. You also reap the nutrient benefits from them. Some good examples could be a fresh salad with lots of chopped veg, a fruit bowl, soup filled with veg, a veggi or fruit shake, steel cut oats with fruit( love this one) and green tea helps with weight loss and also has so many other benefits

I realy like the advise from everyone so far, they pretty much coverd it all,i would like to say though, stick to the juicer,i never tried it,but i want me a nutribullet, and like someone said here ,cut the bannas or eat um once in a while, but make sure you get your potassium though, and also keep in mind that what may caus some people lose wheight ,may actualy caus you to gain,,,what i sugest to is that you check out the "blood type diet"..a couple of years ago i found the book in the garbage,,i kept it ,read it,and could of relate to it aswell, you can actualy google it and check it out..but these folks here are making a ton of sense though:thumbsup:

check out the book "the doctors diet" by Travis Stork

ive lost over 40lbs on it since begibning in at the end of may, it doesn't deal in extremes and it helps you to make a permanent healthier lifestyle change.

can I ask what your portion sizes are for those meals?

Hi there....i have been going to gym for over a year now....earlier my wait was 98 kgs ..now it has came down to 76 kgs...there is no instant formula to lose weight...my recomendation is that u should not lift much heavy weights..and reduce amount of
supplement u r taking...eat more salad and drink lemon juice early at morning and at night ...this has worked for me.
