Too much of a gamble. You go all the way over there, they get cold feet and it's a no-show.

Not impossible I guess but not likely to go anywhere. You cannot prove whether the person is who they say they are in chat messages. Like the previous person said "Big Gamble". It's nice for friendships but beyond that who knows.

i myself am into Inter-racial dating and marriages. I think nothing is impossible.. When one wants to be into long distance rship i think the MOST important factor is TRUST & UNDERSTANDING.. and it will def take some time and struggle but it will work if we're fated wt the respective one.

If you can't find anyone in your own country what makes you think that you're going to have more luck with all of the extra problems that a long distance relationship entails? It seems a bit desperate to me.

Sure, I sometimes have women from other countries messaging me on here and I'll sometimes reply to them if they actually have anything interesting to say but it never goes very far because I'm not traveling to meet anybody and the idea that a woman would get on a plane just to meet me is frankly laughable.

Friendship is fine but anything beyond that is a huge gamble/risk.
Unfortunately there are so many dishonest people out there and that is the truth of it all!
Dishonesty is common right here in each of our own countries so it's not special to Nigeria!
I think what we have to ask ourselves is what risks are we willing to take and are they worth it!
