Today I got to stretch, run four miles and practice karate techniques and forms, that was my day what about yours?

I know that feeling, whenever something is bothering or irritating something that helps me just remember things do get better (you can't always see or know when it happens but that's what makes it special) haha believe me or not that's how it works

That's me too after karate class or playing sports with friends, now that I think of it im not sure whether you meant physical mental pain but either way it's gonna be fine. Like the bumper sticker ____ happens

i spent the day in the kitchen , cooked rice for the first time , it wasn't that successful attempt , but not a failure neither ...

Fed the pets...took the dog for a walk on the beach just before the rain set in. Kissed my woman and we just put a ham in the oven. Looking forward to a rainy day off.

Kind of exhausting, because one of my friends who has cancer, is now home again, and I keep getting taxi's to see how she is. I keep taking her lots of treat's. I don't mind though because we're very close. She sometimes looks like she's melting. Her body heat vs hot weather. Glad I can finally have a little nap. lol. But tomorrow and every other day I'll be up and down constantly checking on her. She has no family. Her's are all in Australia. I'm her nurse :)

Haha sounds like everyone is having either a good or seemingly okay, I finally got to clean my apartment is even remembered to feed the dog (usually I forget and he either takes what he wants off my plate)
