Is it possible later in life to still find your soulmate,, when your looking for same sex,, and is it possible to find that kind of true connected longlasting love relationship on a dating site,, because so far I keep getting guys trying to turn me straight or ask me do I want a threesome or I get ladies asking me to teach them how to be with a woman,,, frustrating when all I'm looking for is true love with the same sex....

I think you can be at any point in your life and meet your soulmate, or at the very least the one you feel is perfect for you and vice versa, whether online or off.
You're going to find those attitudes everywhere you go at some point. Many guys just cannot fathom the idea of a woman not needing their touch. You'll also find those thoughts and attitudes even more prevalent in a place where people can range in anonymity. Just tune it out and move forward and don't let them ruin what makes you happy. |

Kartagane is a wise owl and we can always count on his thoughtful advise. I couldn't have said it any better. One suggestion I have is to limit who can send you mail. If you go to "Account", then just below your picture on the left are "edit profile.. edit photos..." Choose "Settings", then "limit who can send you mail". You can choose to only receive mail from women between the ages of... whatever you choose. Just know that if you initiate contact with a male, they will be able to respond. Otherwise, they cannot bother you. Have fun, be safe and be happy!

I'm just going to ask, please don't take it the wrong way, I'm seriously interested, so not taking the p*ss. I totally understand what you explained and respect you take the time to tell us. But about the sexual side of things, I know that if I'm really really turned on, I want to be, well, to be blunt, filled up. If that wasn't to happen, or would never happen anymore, I'm not sure I would be able to be really satisfied sexually. Doesn't that work the same way for lesbians? Or is that the difference between hetero and lesbian? And I don't mean a lesbian could be turned, cos that's a load of BS. Just always been wondering how this particular physical bit works out. Both are possible...Finding a same sex soulmate might be somewhat harder for you simply because there are less to choose from.....Finding a soulmate on a dating site is not uncommon and I think that would be a good option for you for the very same reason  ....If I was a lesbian searching for my soulmate, I would explore every avenue available....Just say thanks. but no thanks to the "boys" and keep you eye on the prize ...Good luck Pandora!

No matter which sexual preference you are, yoi can always find a soulmate. I tend to think though, that we're meant to have a FEW soulmates, as we go through life. As not many stay in that one relationship forever, unless they're lucky.
