alot of time people dnt wanna lead they. want to be led but there are steps to be the Moderator. post One my friends

Well, one step would be to say to someone in charge "Hey, I want to be a Moderator." Experience is usually a plus. Compromising pictures of someone in charge can help too.

Fair and impartial is a very important part of being a moderator Tolerance and patience as well... KNOWING when to make the call on someones behavior or opinions is tricky Because inevitably SOMEONE is always going to be mad or butt hurt OR not understand I love the staff here in Mingle2 And i would NOT want to do their jobs.... MINGLE2 ROCKS THE PLANET ...Because of folks like them ! \\ ....\/....

I didn't really get the statement/question or wot till ppl started reacting (and I'm still not sure what we make of it, is what he means?) , so guess there's another point to add to the list of the makings of a mod. Compromising pictures of someone in charge can help too.

omg......he's tryin' to take over...and make us his minions... Jk. Yes, moderator, as with any type of leadership, you do have to know how to follow as well as lead. Not all, however, have the mindset even, let alone "skills" needed to effectively and positively lead. Hello and welcome by the way.
