Topic: Low level plumbing error? | |

I went to reply to a thread and I was redirected to screen telling me to contact my local Maytag repairman.

Thank for the post, lionsbrew. We're working on getting the new IM integrated and we're aware of the errors.

i don't get what the maytag repairman has to do with the IM... is he fixing it? These days, I guess even the maytag repairman needs a side job. |

Thanks for the feedback, guys. We have stopped trying to integrate the new IM until we can get these errors resolved.

Exactly where or when are you seeing the error, dcastelmissy? Please give as many details as possible. I got them about every 3rd or 4th move I would make on the site, regardless of what it was. I could be reading an email, doing a search, whatever. (Today is Sept. 20). Also is there something wrong with the search engine? I can't do any searches at all unless I do it by username if I can remember it. The screen states that the search engine is temporarily unavailable and to try to reload the page within a few minutes. So I try that and still nothing happens. I wait a few hours and still nothing. What's up? Thanks Charles & company. |

Thanks for that information. That error should not be occurring, but were continuing to be on the lookut for them.
As for the Search today, it is definitely having issues. We are working to get everything back up to speed right now. |
