Topic: Instant Message is not working

Instant message is not wokring on my PC I have IE9 on Windows 7 PC When i clcik on instant Message on the profile it enevr oepnes teh chat box to chat :( I also tried in Mozilla firefox and the issue is same :( Need help with this please

It was down earlier but now i can see Instant Message option on the profiles.... U saying it is down still ???

i have same problem, whenever i click on instant message the page jumps the box goes up to the page top. and nothing else?? help
