It's sideways.

Your part's crooked. Hah, just kidding. Seriously, sideways photos are a pet peeve of mine. You need to either learn how to rotate the photos (you can usually do it on the phone you took the picture on) or hold the camera/phone upright when you take the selfie. Better yet, get a friend to take the picture, and smile when you look into the lense. Your first pic is OK, but the others make you look bored. More natural lighting might help reduce the yellowish light, or washed out skin tones.

To rotate the picture on your phone, you can select the picture and then click the menu button and look for either a "rotate" option, or an "edit" option where you can further select to "rotate". On other phones, you'll probably have an option to tap on the picture while viewing it in the gallery, and seeing some icons appear around the edge. Use the icon that looks like a twisty arrow to rotate the picture until it's upright.
