While I can't quite give you the ladies' perspective, you seem alright. You couldn't smile for your picture? Not even a little? With you squinting down to the camera like that, you look tired and angry. That may not help you.

Also, maybe if you get a chance, you can go ahead and fill in the rest of your profile, especially the text blurb and your interests. The blurb is where you tell the ladies about yourself and maybe describe whom you seek. The 'interests' section is where you type things like "motorcycles, Chinese food, classic rock". Have fun with it and make it interesting. I'm sure you'll be alright.
