I need about 22 - 25 hundred to build learn muscle
to bulk you need about 3000-3500 per day even with 2400 c, I use protein shake , aprox 700c per shake to achieve that # & 30 - 50 grans of protein, they suggest one gram of protein per ervery gram of body weight. I've used some that were 1000 c a shake and took three per day and lots of additives. but it made me feel depressed that particular product. I only use the shakes if i'm in camp or have a active routine |

Those energy drinks are full of Aspartame which has been lead to causing Cancer in mice, so I've quit all diet/energy drinks. If it's not coffee, I don't want it. But yes, that's been my problem for a long time too: I'm always too tired. I barely could get myself out of bed in the mornings. What, are you that strongly against mouse cancer? |

I f your were responding to me? I don't do energy drinks, I've drank one once but I felt jittery & nervous and they're expensive. if I want to spend hundreds of dollars just to feel nervous with a heart attack risk i'll just do some cocaine or go to starbuck's 
I've being on jobs in the Canadian gas n oil industry & they're not aloud on the jobs, (increased heart attack risk, especially in the heat) I was talking protein shakes |
