Topic: Untitled Letters | |

She fades across the wall like jagged shadows of a skeleton,
A closet full of old stories and worn out old novels, Some journals and a few other romantic letters, There is a couple with the lipstick still on the envelope. There was a time, a time when none of this really mattered, Back before I became grown, grown into this man you see today, Before I ever knew you, and the scent of your perfume, And yes, yes I do still have that same letter. The one with the piece of the magazine ripped out, Yes, I have every single one of those letters still, These fleeting thoughts of calm and ambiences, The comfort in letting you go has yet to relieve the pain of losing you. |

"the comfort of letting you go, has yet to relieve the pain of losing you."
that's a sick line, but its so much more than a line but that's comfort when you can look at the stuff with comfort I looked at the only picture I have of my Xwife & I together, the other day I haven't seen her since nov 2005 & couldn't look at the pic til about four years later. even know we talked a fair bit. "cleaning out my closet" double entendre in this case, it sounds. I told ya that chits to heavy for my burnt brain, it hurts my head, ya I run saw for a livin'! did I mention that your just going to have to dumb it down for me. like we talked about, you know, one syllable rhymes 'cat n the hat poetry" Jack n Jill went up the hill each with a buck & a quarter, jill come down with 2.50 the Ho mindless chit..lol cool, I did finely get into it, had to read it on a dark porch off my phone, seemed to make me concentrate, which is my problem. enjoyed! peace《 》out ya I |
