Doing fine myself. Good thing about living in an apartment building is that the super will fix anything that breaks. All the best of luck at plugging those leaks. No plumber hehehe Maybe a plumber shot if i bend over too much fixing it though I write poetry,short stories,westerns Mostly poetry so far but working on a couple paperback westerns
