been up ages trying to sort out my matches, was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on how long it takes to get a reply? think I might have tried to match myself to just about everyone on the sight who resides within a hundred mile radius of me ha ha anyways has anyone else with basic account got anything back please.

Do you mean that you actually 'Matched' with people
(meaning they reciprocated) or did you just say
'Yes' or 'Maybe' to their picture/profile and are
waiting to see if they did the same?

If they are online when they receive notification
that "someone wants to meet you on MM" and they do
the selection process immediately, it could
happen quickly.

If they have not visited M2 in a while, but get a
notification, they may return to check it out, if
they have interest.

I have heard stories that people never get any
responses, and we usually tell them to enjoin the
forums, as you are doing, as it works better to
interact with the active people on the site :-)

I know what you mean on the matchmaking man, I've only been here a couple days. The way I see it, you have a better chance running into good conversation from people here but finding locals with your preferences is pretty limited. Might as well kick back, grab a beer, play some music, and see what happens.
