cherry valley ca only about 80 miles from several nice beaches love that. then it is on the edge of the coachella valley one of the hottest places in this country. hate that.

Central IL...all you see for miles is corn fields,blah! A little break in the scernery would be nice. We are 2 hours south of Chicago and 4 hours away from St. Louis. Peoria is just down the road a piece and they have more going on there. but I like the smaller towns. It's not all bad here.

I'm in the south eastern desert-like corner of Washington state...love the climate, hours drive to the mountains, or river. Although my some of my adult children are close, I hate that the rest of my family are in Ohio and my new b/f is 2 hrs. away.
