Like I want to see whose online but I want them to be female and in order of closest to me, is that possible?

No, 'Who's Online' is gender indifferent. Location also is not an option.

That sucks, everyone in my area is always offline on the search, would have to go through so many pages to find someone

How do you search for someone's screen that sent you a message that you never got? Not sure what the question is, but if you right-click on a username, hit 'Properties" (Windows8) it will give you the link to their profile.

I think she might mean screen name or user name perhaps? http://mingle2.com/search/username pretty sure you need to know the exact name though. Otherwise you would have to look for a post they made in the forums.
