Pull up profile and photos. But i cant. Pull up ABOUT ME. Any body help?

But you can check your own profile (though one's own does not appear in returned Search lists-although it will if you 'Search by Username', your own) here: http://mingle2.com/user/my_profile which is 'View Profile' under your picture on your 'Account' page. Your 'About Me' shows just fine, if you wish to edit it go here: http://mingle2.com/user/edit_profile which is 'Edit Profile' under your picture on your 'Account' page. ~~~ Also, you asked about 'Who's Online'..it includes everybody online at the time, no bug there. ~~~ And no, you cannot get a new account using the other email address, each is unique to an account. ~~~ Admin, apparently this user cannot read emails sent to return to this thread for answers. He has not 'Read' the last 4 I sent, keeps starting new threads that he apparently cannot return to either? |

I can pull up posts and emails just fine through my gmail account. It is when i get in mingle2 account is where the problems are. I can pull my profile or anybody elses including photos. I cannot pull up ABOUT ME on anyone. There are 5 mails stuck in my account, but i have read them on email. I go to who's online and its people around the world. Not my area. You keep telling me to click that INBOX/LIST and when i do it just starts the problems again. I am just going in circles. If you cannot help this time tell me how to unsubscribe.

The 'About Me' section appears about halfway down the page on everyone's profile so it would seem to be some kind of tabbing issue, that happens to you with all other profiles besides your own. It suggests the problem is on your end. Unique problem, have not encountered it before. Were I you, I might try deactivating this account and starting over with a new one. But it will require an email of its own, not the one on the old account. You cannot change the 'Who's Online' section to isolate a specific area. HOW DO I DEACTIVATE (DELETE) MY ACCOUNT? All three addresses you sent to deactivate account took me to home page. also unsubscribe sends me in circles. I cannot get out. Help. Is there a carrier of your website i can contact. Anybody?

We have close down the account for this person and unsubscribed his email address.
