I get the jist but honestly,, all the choices we can potentially make throughout a lifetime would take a much longer document than our constitution to outline and define

this is the basic issue with the 'rights' people debate that they have,, there are really few that have been 'explicitly' defined as such anywhere and they are usually decided as case in law as the situations arise,,,

right to peaceful assmbly, owning a weapon, speaking ,,,are maybe amongst the dozen EXPLICITLY spelled out rights, the document meant to be a living document was (imho) written vaguely so it could be interpreted in such case by case situations,,,

just stay attuned to the laws,, some of this is misleading and presenting exceptions as if they are rules,,,

I do agree though that parents should be able to opt out of non EDUCATIONAL courses and books in their childrens elementary education

rather it be sex education
homosexual introduction
boxing,,,,

,,these are extracurricular and social issues that are not necessary for an elementary aged child and can be confusing,,,,

Home schooling is becoming more and more the better option since gov't got involved in education

Socialism/Corporatism and America don't mix well!

I also think the schools are trying so hard to appease political correctness when it could better put the energy into actually TEACHING CHILDREN ACADEMICS...

I am trying to send my daughter to private schools to avoid some of the agendas I see in public school myself,,
