There will be some kind of program allowing you to do this, just search your programs for something such as "video recorder" or anything along those lines.
Alternatively, there are many free programs that allow you to do this, simply do a google search for "fee webcam recording software". |

Like i have CyberLink YouCam which is my webcam program, you should look at your webcam program on your Toshiba and see if they have that option. |
