he was CHARGED on three different charges,(two aggressive in nature), but the Judges son never was 'convicted',,,,until now hopefully his dad wont have the clout to get him out of it this time

All I know is Zimmerman acted as judge, jury and executioner, and that's not right even if Martin was heading for trouble.
