Now the medical system should NOT and is NOT governed by the welfare people but the system itself!!! For example, I was married to an american, who didnt get medical because it cost too much. He did have a good job but it didnt pay the medical. He went 10 years with kidney disease and didnt know because he couldnt afford to see a doctor.....now he is in major kidney failure and needs a kidney or he will die. I cant blame the medical system entirely.....I have to blame him as well because he was stupid......and if for not me he would be dead at this moment......
