I check out her wardrobe. If the purse and shoes don't match the outfit, then come on! How can a man date a woman with poor matching taste? laugh

Hahah ha haaaaaaaaa
I dont''match'' my wear!

Eeeish,now,that answers my question!

Haha to each their own. If matching clothes makes it for you, then so be it... laugh

Newbie! Now you know, you have to match clothes... ;) haha

During the first date, men last 1.1 seconds of seeing his date´s eyes, 0.85 seconds admiring her hair, and almost seven seconds looking at her lips (according to studies done by the University of Manchester).

Can this be true? I don´t know. What do you look more (or just look) of the girl on a first date, guys?

Only 0.85 seconds on their hair, and after all the time many spend on brushing it just so? Then again is 0.85 seconds enough to see any fleas or lice?laugh I've noticed that sitting in back of several on a bus...Lips; either they have cold sores or not; either they are smiling or ...not. Eyes, either they are clear and focused , or not,; not including those that are cross-eyed as when they put their glasses back on, they're fine...oh vanity!
Women always try better than males to generally "look good"; it is no great effort to always acknowledge this even with just an appreciative smile if she catches your eye.

STOP LOOKING AT MY........lips?

Really?

Why is it that lips are rarely what men make comments about then? Do they somehow believe complimenting our azzes to be less intimate or forward than saying we have nice lips?

On second thought, "you have pretty lips" MAY be a bit too "Deliverance" for most. slaphead

Yeah, it isn´t common they complement lips at first sight, at least not at the beggining of the first date, maybe later when they have kissed.

Hahaha so true!!! We do our best effort to look incredible and they don´t notice the 2 hours we could pass in front of a mirror... but well, they don´t have to know that...

Yeah I´ve done that, but I thought It was me "people watching" just to guess their mood, their life and being creative on a bus, or a park or somewhere, and ackowledge their pretty eyes, smiles even nose or ears.

I have to admit to appreciating a good set of lips myself.

Is that right? Do lips come in sets or is it pairs....?

I suppose if the lips are nice enough, nothing else really matters. smooched *contented sigh*

Personally, although beautiful lips are an eye catcher, it is what comes out of them that makes or breaks them for me.

Vapidity, vulgarity and intolerance can make even the most beautiful lips grotesque.

How did they perform this study? Did they follow random people with hidden cameras or what?

Well i aint gonna BS anyone
I like to take in the whole picture
Focusing on one particular feature of a beautiful woman
Is like looking at a corner of an awesome picture
Women are beautiful and sexual creatures
Much is my appreciation for their over all beauty
Giving a man who is dying of thirst
But a SIP of water MAY be sustaining
But is certainly not satisfying...
Or fulfilling
Though i do try not to "stare" impolitely of course...

I figure if a lady is going to be resentful of my obvious interest
And desire for her
Than she simply had no interest in the first place......

Am I the only male here who will pay attention to a woman's jewelry, make-up and nails?
