Barnegat, N.J. police arrested a woman after they say she got out of her car, lifted her shirt and bra and exposed her breasts to surveillance cameras.
A police report says that 56-year-old Wendy Tucker was driving on Lexington Boulevard at 2 a.m. on March 6th when she got out of her vehicle in the middle of the road. Police say she looked at the camera while extending her middle fingers. She then pulled up her shirt and bra. Patrolman Michael Diblasi was able to locate the vehicle parked a short time later and found Tucker. She was charged with lewdness and taken to the Atlantic County Jail. It's was unclear if Tucker had a lawyer. ------------------------------------------------------- i'm not seeing what the problem is here... i think that here in houston, we should have more of this, especially the 18-30 year old women... |

She should claim her right to freedom of speech and freedom of expression. She was making a statement against big brother placing cameras everywhere.
Good for her. I hope she goes to court topless.

I think public exposure is illegal,,,,dont see how she will escape the charge
unless she is going with the assumption there was no public around, but even that is hard to prove, being one never knows who may actually be around even when they arent in plain sight |

lets compromise , those with man boobs (flat chest with nipples) go shirtless
those with female boobs (cushioning around the nipples) leave the top on,,,, if a woman has a breast that looks like a mere nipple, or a muscle,, she should go for the topless look if a man has a breast that looks like a BREAST, soft and cushionny around the nipple, he should leave his shirt on I dont want to see it on either gender, honestly, nor do I want my children to unless its in a biology book or their mirror,, |
