Okay so now that all these laws are being shoved through legislation regulating and banning certain guns, and giving background checks for people who buy a gun... etc.

I think it is only fair that we do the same to people who want to get a licence to drive a motor vehicle.

Make them pay for a background check.
Make them take regular drug tests.
Make them take a mental health exam to see if they are susceptible to getting road rage.

Keep these pimple faced brats and Meth heads off the roads.

well, actually, they already will be drug tested if they have had a recorded history of drug use ending in an car accident,,

so that reasonable precaution is underway

as far as a mandatory background check, being a car is a means of transportation, I dont see the need, unless its a check for past accidents or vehicle related offenses

same with mental health exam, few young people are gonna wreck their precious cars , they are more likely to beat someone or shoot them if they are enraged,,,,so it wouldnt really be related to the actual vehicle,,,,

BUT since owning a car is not a 'right' specifically, I wouldnt be opposed to requiring a certain gpa to maintain a licens.vehicle, it would help kids place more priority on their education,,,

I am attempting to show the ridiculous lengths legislators will go to using the excuse of keeping people "safe."

This is a world where people die. If it were not, we would be over populated.

Meth is far more addictive and dangerous than crack, coke or heroin. It is called the poor man's crack. I've seen many young adults ruin their lives doing meth. It will destroy your body, mind, and heart. It will make you into a zombie.

Anyone out there doing meth or making meth, you are doomed. Stay away from it. If you can't handle life, just go shoot your damn self. Stop getting kids hooked on meth. Stop bringing so much pain to your family by throwing your life down the toilet.

People who peddle meth or make meth, should be given a life sentence.
