I am still trying to find out what puts me in the mood to do housework and cleaning!

Get your minds out of the gutter! THAT’s not what I’m talking about. I only smoke or drink alcohol when a certain mood strikes me...which is usually when I’m out with friends or celebrating something special. What are things you normally don’t do unless you’re in the Mood? What puts you in the Mood? Thank goodness. I was afraid this was an orgy thread. I usually don't drink unless I am at some sort of sporting event or some such. I have to be around a lot of screaming people to get in that mood. Being outside someplace quiet and relaxing puts me in the "mood".

Humm most things in life I only do if I'm in the mood to do it or I don't do it.... from having a shake to cleaning house or getting out..... At this time and place in life I only do what I want to when I want too.... ^^^^^^^^ This!

What should put any of us in the mood is when our place looks like the TV show Hoarders was filmed in there; other than that, it's when I end up with aisles between stacks of books that I had out for a project and having stacks all over the floors; time to put them all back!'The only cleaning problem I have is the oven. Hate that one.

Lack of feminine companionship puts me in the mood to ride my bike. Hmm, I have 130,000 miles on my bike. I must be plenty frustrated.

I didn't even know this thread was still rolling. Why not switch it up a bit. Instead of things we wait to be in the mood for, are there things you can motivate yourself into the mood for? My sister was just telling me how she's in a better mood to work out after taking the dog for a walk. I guess, technically it's the dog motivating her in this case. I tend to be more in the mood to go out with friends when they stop by and propose the idea in person.
