can someone tell me a good virus protection and spyware. i have 2007 norton but slows my computer down.

Hi Get rid of Norton..it slowed me down too..there is freeware out there that helps and no cost and doesnt slow you down..get back to me here and I will find the names of them..

norton is ok but live one care is the best.... if u have windows vista 64 bit it wont work on there far as the virus program .. but leave norton virus and put on live one care for the spam and it should work great i have no problems with it....

i have mcafee but i still go into panda.com every once in awhile as they have a free anti virus download that you can run

go to web site download and update it then run it follow the advice |

avg is the way to go if you're looking for cheap..it's free and updates every day
nortons is a resource hog....i use NOD32 myself |
