American wrestler BRIAN ADAMS has been found dead at his Tampa, Florida home. He was 43.

Adams was discovered "by his wife unconscious in bed not breathing", according to a police report obtained by website TMZ.com.

According to a statement issued by the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment), the cause of Adams' passing is currently unknown.

Born in Hawaii, Adams was best known as Crush in the wrestling tag team Demolition.

The news comes less than two months after wrestler Chris Benoit asphyxiated his wife Nancy and seven-year-old son Daniel, before hanging himself at the family's home in Georgia.

This wasn't released in the mainstream media, but last month, wrestler John Kronus was found dead. Kronus was best known for being Perry Saturn's partner in the "Eliminators" tag-team in ECW during the mid 90s. That's three in less than a two month period.

It sounds weird that three have died in the last couple of months.. I wonder what is up with that... Sounds fishy to me..

i didn't even hear about john kronus that sucks. with crush and benoit dying off like this i hope that no other wrestlers die anytime soon. tests on benoit's brain from all the flying head butts said he had the brain of an 85 year old and obviously he wasn't all there because of what he did
