Been there done that.. My answer is no to be honest because it will just cause suspicious and that's when all the arguments will start and then they don't stop just get worse

Been there done that.. My answer is no to be honest because it will just cause suspicious and that's when all the arguments will start and then they don't stop just get worse I agree that once the trust is gone, it's time to move on. Of course it depends on the level of trust that's been violated, that determines how fast I end things. When it's just a matter of deep confidante trust that has been betrayed, I'll give the person the benefit of the doubt, but when they turn out to be repeat offenders that have no respect for the bond we share, I end it quickly then. Because if you can't trust your friends with the small stuff, there's no way you can entrust them with the big stuff. (imo) |

In my mind, it does not matter who is dishonest with whom. Any dishonesty is a dark cloud over a relationship. Probably more so if it’s never discovered and worked out than when it’s kept a secret. You are not completely free to share your love if you are holding something back from your partner. A relationship cannot thrive under those circumstances. “I only hid it from you to protect you” is an lame excuse. That’s my opinion anyway.

Short answer, nope...
But it really depends on what kind of a relationship you are talking about as in whole or half azzed... |

Depends on the amount and type of trust that is lost. The question was, "Can you sustain a relationship where there is NO trust?"... Ah, well, then my answer would have to be that it depends on the type of relationship I think romantic relationships are unsustainable even where there is little trust. |

Yes, if the couple is willing to work at rebuilding the trust. No, even if you rebuild the trust their still doubt left. I agree. Even if the people work to rebuild the trust there is still a doubt where there was not before after much time passes trust can exist again, but if after time passes there have been more threads frayed in the fabric of the trust, it simply just cannot repaired enough for a relationship to be sustained after too many offenses or damage |

A relationship can be maintained with the loss of trust is one or both in the relationship is broken, and the tie between the two wasn't for the right reasons in the first place.
