There are times I feel that way, and think of those advantages...

And then I remember I'm not getting laid, and I'm twice as bored, and that list means jack ####. But logically speaking, sure, it has it's "advantages".

I see your point and agree these things can pass the time and let you find yourself however I would rather spend time with a nice woman for sure.

While I'm all for relaxing, still remember that hygiene is important. . Just because you happen to be on your lonesome it doesn't mean we ain't watching :)

All those things are true.

Here are 10 disadvantages....

1. You have sex with your hand and a tissue.
2. No one says "I love you"
3. Your fridge is NEVER stocked.
4 Funky crap is growing on your back and you don't know it.
5. Eating room temperature food out of the can ain't that cool.
6. Explaining to your family gets harder every year.
7. The floor gets crunchy and even spiders are afraid to walk into the pad.
8 you are still having sex with your hand.
9. Lack of grooming from apathy insures you won't get laid.
10. Parents...friends....and strangers will try to hook you up with psychotic blanks so you won't be alone.

You don't have to be a couple to have love in your life. I have the love of friends and family; so I feel very loved and very much appreciated.

I can think of many good advantages to having a Lover.

Tried that and all I found was a pain in the butt that won't let me have any fun unless I drag his sorry butt with me or wants me to check in with him via cell phone. Way too much hassle. I guess I like my freedom more than companionship.

I can definitely sync with u on this in my own way... but I don't bother about missed calls anyway....he has to track me down some other way...I really don't worry about how I look....I sleep like a rock and like having someone to squish up against (if he let's me steal the covers that's a bonus)....I don't like restaurants that much....I pretty much refuse to argue so not worried about that....having a lover ain't so bad.....but if there is any drama dealings or cheating then I am totally with you OP :)
