What does the Kingdom Of God means to you?

I don’t think of god as a “king”. But if I were to use the term metaphorically I would say all of creation is god’s “kingdom”. In other words, “The kingdom of god is at hand”.

Ok, you said that you don't think god is a king, but you said, that if you was to use the word metaphorically, you would say all of creation is his "kingdom". If that is so, then that must mean that he is the King.

I don’t think of god as having an ‘ego’ or self. So the idea of thinking of god as some kind of ‘king’ simply makes no sense to me. Using the word “kingdom” metaphorically is more of an abstract notion. I prefer not to use the word ‘kingdom’ myself because the very term ‘king’ implies the idea of a ruler and I don’t think of god as being a ‘ruler’.

The kingdom of God to me means that he is in control of everyone and everything that wants him to be in their life...we are his kingdom.
