Is there any way to search by sorting who has been on most recently?

Really I think most of them are really old or fake

When you use the 'Search' feature all returned lists are ordered by date last seen. In other words, those at the top of the list were here more recently than those at the end of the list. As soon as you see someone on the list that has 'not been seen in 30 days' everyone beyond that will show the same. Welcome :-)
