there’s no more tomorrow
etched with love turned to sorrow
as life springs from our friendship veins
all warm lifeblood hitherto drained
…
with faces we frame certain smiles
if only in the eyes of an innocent child
who dreams the world at peace from within
but can we truly not see where we did begin
and where we now end
…
time moves on and so do we
no longer feelings
harness you and me
finally we are released
…
open to explore
to need to do more
to meet others at the door of their heart beats
life is love
such a wonder from above
and we now hold the keys
that unlock life’s mysteries
…
will you peek inside to see
will you take that step with me
hand in hand
friends we’ll always be
without deeper ties between
breathe free

thanks Mig... friendship is what allows us to see each other through the eyes of imperfection... and allows us to find what is perfect in our fit... it's what originally draws us together from out of a crowd... that something, even if it's just one thing that makes us connect and want to share everything with the other... to care for and protect each other...
