Topic: Sales on the Rise | |

After initially declining to discuss gun policy with the White House, representatives from Walmart met with Attorney General Eric Holder on Thursday as part of the Obama Administration’s ongoing talks on guns and gun control. Walmart’s apparent reluctance may reflect the extent to which gun sales have become an important part of the retailer’s bottom line.

Unfortunately, most guns are now back ordered and out of stock. I can't find the gun I want for sale anywhere.

Unfortunately, most guns are now back ordered and out of stock. I can't find the gun I want for sale anywhere. What you looking for. I see sale ads all over the net. Wally World is close enough for me to go get my limit every day. Get to visit with more Second and Third Amendment Patriots there while I be at it. Got a lady friend who wants a pink .50 Caliber semi-auto BMG like the one in the video. A$$ kickin' round. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UPMYdUy44c4 The .50 cal is the one on the far left. |

All the Walmarts out here are completely sold out of ammo. That's a sweet pistol point and shoot. No aiming. laser marks the spot. If you get a .357 you can shoot .38 rounds as well as the .357. The .357 frame is just a shade bigger. |

If you really want a self protection gun the .357 is a superior choice and you can fire the cheaper .38 ammo for target practice and fire a few off of the real beef to know how it feels. And don't buy it at Wallyworld! |

The gun store near me does have a Taurus 2" .38 for about $450. Maybe I'll consider that. Money is tight after my apartment was burglarized Monday night. |

Ya' might check a pawn shop or look out for a gun show close by. Taurus is so-so. .380? Not the knockdown as a .38 and in an emergency situation, I would prefer a revolver to a semi-auto. Never know when they could jam. PS, jacketed hollow-points. Knock-down, far less danger of exiting a body endangering innocents and little lead residue in the barrel. PPS If, you have to shoot someone, shoot twice at the upper torso. Shock value. Then once between the eyes. that should keep them from getting back up and suing you. More than three shots fired at a criminal and they start thinking and investigating intent. PPPS When you go to plug the criminal between the eyes, just ignore that stupid puppy dog look. They made the conscious choice to f**k with a person who believes in defending themselves and their families. |

And also in the news today - Wal-mart has said it is going to limit the amount of amo a person can buy per day In North Carolina Id call ahead to make sure my bullets were even in stock, this was before the whole rush. Walmart has always had good prices on bullets, and it is quite normal for them to run out right after stocking the shelves. The policy existed at every single walmart near my gun range for years, and again for no other reason than to keep stock for more than a day. Now if you bought bullets, then came back you could buy more so it not like the jot down your name or anything. I think it was 6 boxes maximum in NC where I was at . . . I have no problem with these kinds of consumer policies. |
