It was in the 70's yesterday....today....we have a BLIZZARD!!! Yikes! We had one and it wasn't fun digging out afterward! I hope you get less snow than we did! We have over a foot out there right now...if I was younger, I'd go out and get enough to make Snow Ice Cream!!

Remember as a child, we left Omaha for Houston, driving all nite, hit a snow storm & dad had to have a gas station attendant, KICK the ice off the doors, so we could get out. Got to Houston & all was dry & fairly warm. This is supposed to be over tonight..good news is..it's wet enough to help with the drought we've been in forever!!

I was actually alcohol free at rodeo tonight...even in the Corral Club!

I won't be running any marathons but tomorrow there is a chance that I miiiiiiight get my cast off!

It's a walking cast. They have me out of it for PT and at home, only wearing it out in the world. So it is a bit of "1 step back" when I get the tendons all loosened up, moving right, strengthening and then STOP ALL by stepping back into the boot. The therapist had me leave in shoes yesterday, actually. But whatever the doctor says goes...he owns it until he releases me.
