When everything goes agaist you, how do you manage? (i think it happens to everybody. )B-) I do some kick boxing to vent my frustrations. |

Meditate on good times, and keep company with Positive attitude people. |

Change my approach to whai I am doing.

Thrust my frustrations out the window and sigh knowing it will eventually get better.

I take the Ostrich approach: Curl up under a blanket on the sofa or in bed and put my head under the blanket. If i can't see trouble and it can't see me....it must get better eventually

If i can't see trouble and it can't see me....it must get better eventually During bad patch I generally throw myself on the bed and hide myself under some sheet; though I can see/visualise all my problems/troubles but others can't see my reaction. B-) |

I'll try to take a warm shower, eat a good meal, get a good night rest. Then rethink my strategy.
