From the AP via Yahoo! News:
Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor on Wednesday denied a request to block part of the federal health care law that requires employee health-care plans to provide insurance coverage for the morning-after pill and similar emergency contraception pills.
Hobby Lobby Stores and a sister company, Mardel Inc., sued the government, claiming the mandate violates the religious beliefs of its owners. In an opinion, Sotomayor said the stores fail to satisfy the demanding legal standard for blocking the requirement on an emergency basis. She said the companies may continue their challenge to the regulations in the lower courts. Any thoughts on the issue? |

This is all a way to legally force money out of people's hands. Birth Control is an individual responsibility. If I have to pay for the rubbers she can pay for her pills!
Obama sucks donkey prong! |

Birth Control is an individual responsibility. No Company should be forced to pay for employees birth control, unless there is a Medical reason the woman should not be having children. |

The way I see it is the health insurance belongs to the employee, not the employer. I shouldn't be required to be beholden to the same religious beliefs of the person who writes my paycheck, and what my doctor prescribes to me is none of my boss's business.

We should be offered an option, which may be out of group, and would cost the individual a lot, but it should not be mandated.

For what it is worth, nothing in the Bible forbids a woman from using birth control. That is why I feel no sympathy for the owners of Hobby Lobby. They are reading into the Bible something that isn't there.
