So, time travel movies have been brought up. I'm a huge fan of the whole time travel paradox idea, so I figured we could make a list of some the best/favorites/weird ones.

This was kind of an indie flick that fell under the radar. It's only about 78 minutes long and I didn't completely understand it at all the first time, but when I was done, I wanted to watch it again immediately.

Dr. Who, no Brainer here... BBC did good with the new seasons! They preserved the original flavor and made some of the bad buys realistically much meaner! I always wondered why if the Daleks used battle suits and likewise had superior technology why they could not levitate let alone fly. Well, turns out they do!

H.G. Wells Time Machine, both the old and newer movies both had their charm and were true to the written story. Ah the life of the Eloy, so easy, so care free... BAAAAAAAAAA Baaa little sheepies, the Molock are coming to get you!

MIB 3 actually was careful with their paradox... Hard to do with a time travel movie. who is your daddy K?

Idaho Transfer

During a time of waning global resources, a crew of young researchers travel into the future to escape an apocalypse before the shutdown of their time transfer project. They find that some type of disaster has de-populated the Idaho region and, by implication, the nation or perhaps the world. Facing an unknown, barren future of abandoned towns and deserted vehicles; void of radio signals or any signs of air or land traffic, they encounter an abandoned freight train filled with bagged bodies. Their further discoveries of humanity's future fate is somewhat less than rosy. They also learn their time travel was not without significant costs to their own health.

The Navigator: A Mediaeval Odyssey

A young boy in 14th century Cumbria (north of England) keeps getting visions he cannot explain. His village has so far been spared from the black death, but the villagers fear its imminent arrival. With the boy as their guide, a group set out to dig a hole to the other side of the world, so as to fulfil the visions and save the village. At the 'other side' is 20th century New Zealand !

Hot Tub Time Machine- God was this funny. It hits home with me cause I loved the 80' and remember so much of the stuff that this film showed. Lol.

Kathleen Turner is awesome. The movie has an Edsel in it.

I liked all the Terminators.. even the TV version focused on Sarah Connors

agree.. Hot Tub one was funny as all heck..
