He was then asked by one reporter if "the president is handed secret files on aliens when he receives the briefcase needed to activate Russia's nuclear arsenal," Medvedev responded: Along with the briefcase with nuclear codes, the president of the country is given a special 'top secret' folder. This folder in its entirety contains information about aliens who visited our planet... Back in the 50's, 60's and 70's all most all UFO sightings came from test of black projects like the U2, SR-71, SR-75 and the Stealth fighters and bomber prototypes. Everytime someone observed what they thought was a UFO they were actually seeing one of the black planes and either FBI or USAF OSI Officer's showed up to each reported signting to see exactly what they people saw and make them sign agreements that they will keep quiet and even threated them with prison. So there is some fact to every story out there. Even the reverse engineering and fling of a UFO. They are did reverse engineer and fly at Area 51 but it was captured Soviet Migs not Alien. |
