I think it is legal in one form or another in Washington and Colo. 
no I am serious I read about it on some news service - it's legal in those 2 states - I read it about 3-4 weeks ago I just can't remember...maybe cnn???? Actually is legal in 14 states some aremedicinal use but allow growth of somany plants. So cultivation for certain degree is legal as well. |

Living in southern California, it seems like a good fourth of people smoke pot. I much prefer the smell of pot to that of cigarettes. Stoned drivers are much less dangerous than drunk drivers IMHO. Stoned drivers go slow. Drink drivers are aggressive. Stoners don't start fights, etc.
I say make it legal and tax the snot out of it. On a side note, my upstairs neighbors get stoned all the time and share a bathroom vent with me so I burn incense to cover up THEIR pot. LOL. |

It is just a plant. It should not be legal or illegal. It is just a plant.
Like corn or wheat. Leave it alone and stop putting people in jail for a natural plant. Its God's creation. It is NOT A DRUG. Drugs are altered substances. Drug companies hate it because it competes with their industry. |
