Has anyone, besides me, ever been to Lost Maples? Joe says it is pretty nice & the park idea is easier on the pocket book. Lots of things to do in the area, also. VERY INTERESTING!!

There are many places similar to Lost Maples and easier to get to. Bandera, being nearby, gives us a lot of dude ranches to work with so we could ride out to the sunset on a horse, eat a steak cooked over a campfire, and listen to cowboys sing and play their instruments.

As long as it wasn't cost prohibitive for anyone, that would be fun. I'd looked at overnight dude ranch options for us before we decided on PD and it was kinda pricey. You know someone who knows someone? (Or something like that?)
