I don't have any real friends that watch anime so, I'm basically stabbing in the dark when I pick a new series or such. It would be so nice to talk about anime w/ others who share my interest.

So, I thought maybe for those few on this board who are anime fans, we could pick a series or anime film to discuss 1 mo, 1wk, or so. Anyone interested? Any suggestions?

I watch the Dragonball series and Initial D.

I do also read stuff like Chobits X/1999, Ragnarok, Rave Master, and Priest.

anything involving final fantasy, inuyasha, and full metal alchemist are the only things i really get into....if its on ill watch it and enjoy it but i dont relly look for other things. i love to draw anime. give me something to watch and id love to discuss it, but could this be done another way because im not really a big fan of this site. it doesnt have much to offer

Full Metal Alchemist is my fav anime as of right now, its so close to reality that part of you wants to believe that you can clap your hands and turn a couch into a rocket launcher

Netflix has alot of anime, but since its mail order, you prolly won't get it until a few days after you order it.

i like the narudo series and pokemon.dragon ball z is okay.

I did too! But I never had cable until I was 13 so I missed out on cartoons. Thats prolly why i never watch any until I was 16-17

i grew up in the 70's when cable was a dream lol.
I forgot about Digimon and my son watches Kirby lol,
He also watches this kinda kooky called bobobobobobobobob or something like that.Cartoon network has much anime.

I've tried to watch that bobobobo show its totally random lol. Depends on my mood if I like it then or not

Okay, i have a confession to make. i like magic knight rayearth. It's totally cuties whatsie - which is NOT me-, but I love that series!!!

transformers, voltron, x-men, he-man, G I JOEZ!! anyone remember those?...those are the next best thing right up there with anime...I miss those dayz..

anyone see berserk?...thats one of my favorite anime'z...I hated that it didn't continue on in the anime tho...it continues in the manga...but I'm not much of a reader unfortunately..

I used to rent anime sometimes from hollywood video, but their selections really limited...now..I just download em..or watch em online...go to crunchyroll.com...theres tons of streaming anime there, its like a youtube for anime..or u can always wait for AX..they sell some dvds for like 5 bux a pop (if ur lucky enough to live next to the event, its well worth it)
