I somewhat agree. Except I do not think that the universe of matter, energy and spacetime has always existed. I used to believe that, but not any more.

The Spirit did come before the material universe and IT has always existed. But the material universe was born and will die.

I have watched alot of abraham Hicks videos on youtube..I wondered for many yrs what all the coincidences were all about until I found a name for it "Law Of Attration" I see this happening dayly..so many times I am thinkung something and it happens "Instant Manisfestation"

It is helpful to keep ones thoughts and attention on good things, and things that you enjoy, like, want, desire etc. It is helpful to think about what you want and look at what you want and go in the direction of the things you want.

It is helpful to be thankful and feel gratitude for the things you have created that you like rather than to focus on the things you don't like and on complaining about the reality you have created that you don't like.

Do not focus on the ugly things.
